Test Rental Staff

Amy has been with CPS HR since 2004 and spent three years working in the Test Rental department. After that, she spent seven years designing, developing, and administering selection processes for public agencies. Amy is experienced in job analysis, test development, pass point setting, rater training, facilitation of subject matter expert meetings, and writing technical reports.

Holly has more than 10 years of experience in employment testing, test utility analysis, validation, and standard setting. Holly has managed large testing and examination projects with public sector clients, and has worked in the human resources field on employment and licensure and certification testing and selection. Outside of the office, Holly stays busy with her family which includes three sons, and enjoys volunteering as an art teacher to elementary school-aged children.

Veronica has been with CPS HR for 15 years. During the 15 years she has provided support to Test Rental clients, the Test Rental Team and also oversees the Contact Center. Veronica started the internal recycling program at CPS HR, from which monies collected are donated to employee driven fundraisers and non-profit organizations.

Ryan has over nine years of experience in the personnel selection field and has managed large testing and examination projects with public sector clients. He is experienced in job analysis, test development, item writing/review, validation, standard setting, statistical analysis, and facilitation of subject matter expert panel meetings. Ryan enjoys reading, watching sci-fi and fantasy movies, playing board games and spending time with his wife, son, and twin daughters.

Saki has been with CPS HR since March 2017. Her core responsibilities are assisting with creating custom exams, contributing to the technical work to develop stock exams, and assisting clients.
